The user adds game actions through the main interface. And each added action appears on the Action Log component on the right side of the screen.
Business wants to collect information and each action should contain this information: Period, Current game score, Team, Action name, Action output, Action status (completed or not completed).
Users want to:
- be able to easily see all actions that happened during the latest half-inning (20–30 actions)
- some actions are more important than others as they change the game result.
- the user also needs to identify incomplete actions and quickly edit them. …
This is a case study, that covers the problem statement, the search for world-class examples, and the implementation of the findings.
Geradovana.lt noticed that when users tried to use filters to find what they need they converted less than by using other search methods.
They asked the users how they feel about the filters: and got responses that:
1) There is too much information on filters and 2) It’s hard to choose the right filters in order to find whatever they search for.
So it’s either the filters need to be more user friendly, simpler, take less space.
My brief was to design a billing dashboard section for hosting provider, that allows users to manage their services/subscriptions. I need to deliver a high-fidelity design, as a bonus, I’ll also deliver rationale for my process and wireframes.
I’ll start by answering a few questions.
Who is the user?
Things that I know about users: well people who host their personal websites, agencies that host websites for others, and bigger business entities that host their sass, or other resource-demanding websites like high traffic e-shops, etc.
What is the user trying to achieve in the billing section?
My task was to improve the performance of the introstyle clothing website. The key restriction was, to keep the structure of the current website so that web developer doesn't have to make a website from scratch.
My solution was to apply gentle tweaks, such as colors, fonts, improve visual hierarchy, make things easier to scan, and take action.
Big7 is an interior design, and assembly company operating in the UK. Together with caption.lt, a media company we had a goal to improve their website, by making the design associate with luxury and royalty. Also to showcase the previous work of the company in an elegant way.
I started off by analyzing competitor websites which were given as examples of luxury and royalty in interior design. After examination, I found their patterns and things that looked solid, and crafter 2 versions of wireframes, that were tested and merged into one final version.
Here are the wireframes
My brief was to explore a financial product for existing features that I believe could be improved. I need to deliver a usability analysis of that feature, Wireframe, and prototype the improvement solution. Also present the process, which I will blog.
So — my first question is: What are the features that can be improved and how do I select one out of many?
My first instinct is to organize a survey and ask actual users on their pain points/ frustrations and to test a few selected features of the design based on general recommendations on how should things work.
Today I’ll reflect on the 30 days challenge.
I’ve gained more confidence in the field, and overall experience from thinking about basic parts of why a service is used, to making prototypes and visuals for services or apps.
I’ve watched and listened to numerous podcasts, that helped me widen the horizon for the current state of UX design in the world.
I was surprised to find, that product design as a discipline is widely unknown to the general public and done very amateurishly.
Doing design alone is not as efficient as doing it in a team. A good designer knows…
Today my aim was to, make changes to a wireframe prototype for bi7
The new version can be tested here ->>
Today my aim is to explore the UX concept of masters of calm festival
Let me start from the basics, my favorite Jobs to be done.
I hire this “person” to recharge my self, bring colors into my life, to go on an adventure, connect with thyself, nurture my body, and my soul.
I fire this “person” if this “magic” doesn't happen. Or should I say, magic is always there, only sometimes I don’t see any.
Here comes the idea, make a “masters experience designed to open you up so you can experience things you have come for, and enjoy…
Today’s aim is to continue exploring www.mindaugo.lt a dental services clinic.
Mindaugo dental clinic decided to focus their brand identity on tagline “time to smile” targeted at people who experience psychological pain from discomfort while smiling. Are blocked from expressing their joy.
That’s the logical connection I came up with.
Time to smile can be related to the entertainment industry, for me, it leans towards that.
On the other hand, a tagline “Freedom to smile” is more direct, and resonates with the pain, a restriction to freely smile, because a smile does not look well.
What are the needs…
